Terms and Agreements

- Must be 18 Years Old to book or have a Guardian who is allowed to be responsible for you. They must book for you using their info and include who they are booking for.

- Please read each membership Terms and Agreements before making a purchase.

- Full Payment must be made before you receive your picture (s) or video(s).

​

- Once Membership ends there is no guaranteed you will have the first chance to buy it again.

​

- You Agree that you have Full Permission to take pictures, record videos at Locations you provide and are allowed to upload it online. If it's required to have a License to record at a location it's your responsibility to get it and show proof of one or ask me to try and get a license for an additional fee.

- If you'd like additional pictures please mention it in the booking form description or booking process. Full payment must  be made before receiving pictures.

 

- Each Type of Booking comes with a different agreement, make sure to read all agreements before proceeding.
 

- To be able to provide you with the best Service please explain exactly what you're looking for, any props you want to use, locations, or any other details you think is important. For more info Contact us using our email (envisioned48@gmail.com).
 

- There is $25/person fee after 2 people for outdoor shoots and $30/person for studio shoot.

- Music Videos will be done within 2 weeks after the last scene have been shot. I'll send you a link with a Downloadable file in 4K resolution.

- Traveling Fees starting for any location 50 Miles or more from Providence. $100 for every 100 miles up to 1000 Miles.

- All Copyright Remains to Envisioned Media.

- You agree to follow all rules that have been set up.

- If time runs out all shoots will be stopped. Additional fees will be applied. Will also effect future collaboration.

- Each Session booked will finish no later than 15 Minutes. Book accordingly and be sure of the schedule. If you arrive late the time will not be extended. Additional time is not guaranteed.

- Photos will be sent within 7-10 days on 1 of the following (Email, Phone Number, Instagram, Dropbox, Snapchat or Messenger/Facebook).

- If you purchase stickers or decals, you have 14 ​days to return it without any damage to the product and in the same way you received it. If the color/s  are not what you're looking for, you ordered the wrong size or you don't like how it looks, leave it the way it is and we'll cover the shipping. Do not allow any dust particles on the sticky parts.

- If you purchase picture prints, you have 14 ​days to return it without any damage to the product and without any finger prints on it.

​

- If you Purchase any Custom Shoes or Merch, you have 14 ​days to return it without any damage to the product. Must be in the original condition you received it and no signs of use. Includes Dirt/rock on one or both soles, removal of anything that was shipped with the shoes, all items must be returned.
